This describes how PercfectAI handles information when you use percfectai.com and related studio tools.

1. What we collect

• Account data: email, username, password hash, date of birth, optional profile fields.
• Usage data: generations, credits, feature use, basic logs (IP, device/browser signals) for security and abuse prevention.
• Payment data: handled by our payment processor (e.g. Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Content you submit: prompts, uploads, and library items needed to run generation.

2. How we use it

• Provide and secure the Service
• Process payments and credits
• Send service messages (and rare product notices if you opt in where required)
• Prevent fraud, spam, and abuse
• Comply with law

3. AI providers

Prompts and media may be sent to xAI and other infrastructure providers solely to generate and deliver results. Their processing is also governed by their terms and privacy policies. Outputs are subject to provider moderation.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with processors who help run the Service (hosting, database, payments, AI APIs) under agreements appropriate to that role, or when required by law.

5. Retention

We keep account and generation records as long as needed to operate the Service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You may request account closure via support.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Children

The Service is not for children under the minimum age required by Grok / xAI consumer terms (currently 13, or higher in some countries). We do not knowingly collect data from children below that threshold.
