By using PercfectAI (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
PercfectAI provides AI-assisted creative tools (images, video, characters, and related features). Features may change, pause, or end at any time.
2. Account & age
You must provide accurate registration information, including date of birth.
You must meet the minimum age required to use Grok / xAI consumer services (currently at least 13, or the higher age required in your country). If you are under the age of majority, you must have parent/guardian permission where required by those terms and by law.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
3. AI generation & moderation
Outputs are produced by third-party AI systems (including xAI) and are pre-moderated by those providers before delivery. We do not offer unmoderated generation.
We do not guarantee any particular output. Requests may be refused, filtered, or fail when providers block or error.
You must not use the Service to break the law, violate others’ rights, or violate xAI’s acceptable use rules.
3A. Characters & likeness
Characters on PercfectAI are created as original fan-art style / stylized art for entertainment and creative use.
They are not official merchandise, endorsements, or authorized likenesses of any real person, celebrity, or any specific copyrighted character.
Any resemblance to real people or existing characters is coincidental or user-driven; you must not use the Service to infringe rights or impersonate others.
4. Credits & payments
Credits are a license to use Service features, not cash, property, or a bank balance.
Packs and subscriptions are billed through our payment processor (e.g. Stripe). Prices and credit amounts may change.
Unless required by law or stated at purchase, credits and fees are generally non-refundable once delivered or consumed.
Chargebacks or payment fraud may result in account suspension.
5. Your content & license
You retain rights you already have in prompts and materials you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them to run the Service (generate, store, display, moderate, and improve reliability). You must have rights to any material you upload.
6. Intellectual property
The Service software, branding, and site design are owned by PercfectAI or its licensors. AI output ownership may be limited by third-party provider terms; check xAI’s terms for their rules on model output.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI OUTPUT MAY BE INCORRECT, OFFENSIVE, OR UNSUITABLE.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PERCFECTAI AND ITS OPERATORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, CREDITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR $50 IF GREATER AND REQUIRED AS A MINIMUM BY LAW).
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or create legal or payment risk. You may stop using the Service at any time.
